Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive or Commercial Truck parts experience is desired
• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean MVR
• Must have a strong work ethic focused on serving and supporting our customers (internal and external)
• Basic understanding of computers and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to build strong customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must have the ability to work well within a team environment
• Previous Forklift experience is necessary
• May have to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Aftermarket experience is a plus

• Provide parts sales and support to retail customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
• Participate in company training programs to support your professional growth
• Assist with parts department initiatives and special projects as needed
• Pull and stage parts to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
