Requirements
- 1+ years of Powersports Dealership Experience Desired
- Retail Sales Experience Required
- Familiar with Stocking and organizing parts inventory
- Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using the proper catalog.
- Experience utilizing Dealer Management Tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc.
- Ability to remain customer focused and responds in a positive manner when faced with difficult or stressful situations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and enthusiasm for Harley-Davidson.
- Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn about a variety of parts.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a can do attitude!
- Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
- Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts.
- Sell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) to go on cool bikes! (a portion of your income is commission on your sales)
- Look up records and enter customer information.
- Process catalog requests.
- Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone
- Receive and account for all incoming parts.
- Provide cost of parts for customers
- Make sure all displays are organized.
- Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied
- Other duties as assigned
