Handles parts requirements of customers through counter service and telephone sales. Invoices and pulls parts correctly.Places parts in the appropriate area or customer pick-up or delivery. Adds Service Department parts to RO and issues to technician in a timely manner.Greets customers in a friendly and professional manner.Advises the customer of any changes to orders such as substitutions or modifications. Assists in keeping parts area clean and shelves stocked and orderly.Assist with physical stock inventory.
