Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Prior experience in parts delivery, warehouse, or inventory management preferred
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical parts is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely
Flexibility to provide field support when required
Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in parts delivery, warehouse, or inventory management preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver HVAC, plumbing, and electrical parts to technicians in a timely and professional manner
Support parts operations by stocking the parts room and maintaining organized inventory
File warranties and manage related documentation accurately
Assist with field support tasks as needed, including troubleshooting and on-site assistance
Ensure proper handling and storage of parts to prevent damage or loss
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and warranty information
