We’re a leading John Deere dealer with 18 locations across Indiana and Ohio, serving residential, commercial, and agricultural customers. Purpose: Safely operate vehicles to transport parts, small equipment, supplies, and paperwork for the dealership.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent experience
3+ years’ experience as delivery driver or similar experience
Valid CDL Class driver’s license required (Class A preferred, Class B acceptable)
Driving record that meets insurance company parameters

Responsibilities

Transport parts, small equipment, and supplies between dealer facilities may also be delivered to customers.
Maintain records of pickups and deliveries as directed by TRULAND and obtain any necessary signatures and receipts.
Maintain all required certifications in line with DOT, OSHA, and company policy as requested by TRULAND Equipment.
Accountable for all time and distance traveled in performing assigned duties.
Maintain a regular inspection of the assigned equipment and immediately report anything on the equipment in need of repair to the manager.
Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion.
Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
Other appropriate duties as assigned by management.
