Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or heavy equipment environment
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to safety
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed component inspections following Caterpillar CAC guidelines
  • Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move heavy parts and components
  • Load and unload freight trucks and manage customer return documentation
  • Process parts exchange orders and support warehouse operations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and timelines
  • Follow all Mustang Cat safety policies and wear required PPE
  • Assist with additional warehouse tasks and special projects as assigned
