Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience in an automotive parts management position preferred but will train the right candidate
- 2 years of automotive parts sales experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Lead the parts department, retail and wholesale customers.
- Handle the parts inventory and track all expenses.
- Effectively train and supervise all parts counter associates to meet department and company goals and handle stock order procedures.
- Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
- Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
- Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
- Maintain a stabilized inventory consistent with the requirements of the defined areas.
