Summary: Performs a variety of customer service and stocking duties related to the receiving, sales of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of H&S’s parts department. Ongoing responsibility assisting with the counter parts sales and customer service responsibilities. Principle Duties and Areas of Responsibility: Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, including accuracy for count and type of product Prep order for shipment by inspecting for quality, proper labeling, and packaging Load product on outbound trucks as necessary Conduct physical inventory counts as required Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their needs Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures Adheres to company quality protocols and processes Perform job duties in an ethical, professional manner which is consistent with the H&S handbook Performs other related duties as assigned by management
