Position Overview: Parts Sales & Inventory Manager; Parts Team Lead Hours: Mon – Fri 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Sat (every other) 8:00 am to 12:00 pm On-Call After Hours Seasonally (Planting/Harvest) Pay: Wage - Depends On Experience Hourly draw on commission starting at $20 per hour Monthly Parts Sales Commission Annual Year End Bonus Sales/Goal based – up to 15% percent of wages Benefits Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance Coverage after 60 Days – Employer pays 80% of individual employee plan (50% of family plan) Vison - employer pays 50% of plan Dental - employer pays 50% of plan Stifel IRA after 1 year – Employer matches contributions up to 3% Aflac – discounted coverage offered Inventory Control/Management: Ensure all supplier stock requirements are met – 85% minimum Ensure 85% fill rate on over the counter & shop invoice sales Analyze sales history data to create appropriate stock orders for season/ordering program Analyze aging inventory, initiate and process inventory returns Work with accounting manager & general manager in preparation & execution of physical inventory process annually Continuous review & implementation of parts processes to ensure efficiency within the department Ensure inventory stock room is clean and organized Daily & Weekly Parts Ordering: Responsible for the placement of daily parts orders for counter tickets & work orders Responsible for the placement of stock orders for in-stock inventory, counter tickets & work orders Analyze parts sales & inventory data in spreadsheet form to create suggested stock orders Parts Shipping & Receiving: Lead parts team in receiving in parts orders & shelving Lead parts team in the preparation of outgoing packages! Lead parts team with monthly parts returns Parts Counter Sales: Attend to in-store customers & receive incoming calls: Look up parts for customer units Communicate part availability & fulfillment Sell parts & receive payment through Keystone invoicing Inform customers when orders are received & ready for pick up (or ship) Coordinate with service department to ensure required parts for repairs are on-hand/ordered: Look up parts for shop units & determine availability Communicate part availability & fulfillment Post parts through Keystone invoicing on work order Inform/deliver parts to technicians when orders are received Parts Marketing: Actively promote & lead parts team current parts specials & promotions by: In-person suggestive selling Cold calls to target customers Showroom: Ensure showroom shelves are full, orderly & dusted Create seasonal end cap displays Assist in maintaining a clean showroom floors Parts Team L10 Meetings: Attend & Participate in bi-weekly parts L10 Meeting Actively participate in the achievement of reaching Monthly/Annual Sales Goals Demonstrate & Promote core values of the dealership Participate in the development of the CSI Family & Team atmosphere
