About The Position

We are seeking a meticulous individual to join our team as a Parts Shipping and Receiving Staff Member. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the shipping and receiving of the parts warehouse, ensuring accurate documentation, organizing shipments, and maintaining inventory levels.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Proficient computer skills for tracking inventory and shipments

• Proficiency in using shipping and inventory management software

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts shipments, verifying accuracy and inspecting for damages
• Prepare outgoing parts shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing parts
• Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet demand
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to coordinate shipments
