About The Position

Primary Duties Shipping Outbound Orders & Inventory Transfers: Pack all parts with a 2-inch cushion. Insure packages valued over $100 as needed. Deliver orders as required for PSSR’s. Receiving Inbound Orders & Inventory Transfers: Verify shipments against packing lists. Note any overages or shortages. Contact customers for will-call orders. Box or bag each order on the hold shelf (circle quantities). Restock shelves and bins, recording location changes in PFW. Ensure baskets are emptied at the end of each day. Cycle Counting: Complete at least one cycle count per day; more if time allows. Communicate and coordinate effectively with the delivery truck. Secondary Duties Answer incoming phone calls. Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse (sweep at least once a week). Enter requisitions for service jobs. Assist the front counter as needed. Additional Responsibilities Clean and organize the yard. Run parts for service as needed. Cross-check will-call hold shelf with pick-pack files. Maintain scheduled warehouse maintenance and cleanliness.
