Full Time 8:00 am to 4:30 pm M-F (Hybrid role after 90 day training period - 3 days in office and 2 days remote) How You'll Contribute: Summary: Reporting to the Director, Patient Access Services, or the Patient Access Supervisor, the Patient Access Representative (PAR) provides exceptional customer service to Care Dimensions patients, families, and referral sources. The PAR works with both active and prospective patients and can educate/explain all services offered. The PAR is responsible for answering phone calls, registering patients for all business lines, and ensuring the caller is sent to the appropriate department/team if transferring is necessary.
