Educates patients on financial resources, monitors outstanding balances, and ensures thorough documentation of all interactions and arrangements.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in financial services quality auditing
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal control standards
- Experience conducting audits and preparing detailed reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train staff on quality standards and best practices
