Position: Patient Access Specialist
Shift: 8:15AM-4:45PM (Monday through Friday)

Requirements

• 2-3 years of patient registration, appointment scheduling, unit clerk, financial counseling or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high volume, high acuity environment.
• Strong persuasion, organizational and follow through skills.
• Ability to multi-task under a moderate amount of pressure, and to interact and work with clinical as well as nonclinical staff.
• High school diploma or GED
