About The Position
The Patient Accounts Representative 3 performs an important function in the revenue cycle of the Health System. This role is production based and works assigned queues to coordinate with patients, co-workers, and external agencies to ensure the prompt payment and/or reimbursement of hospital charges. Relies on experience and judgment to accomplish responsibilities; works under minimal supervision; creativity is expected to perform job and may lead and direct the work of others. Must meet minimum performance and quality measures. REMOTE/WORK FROM HOME POSITION OPTIONAL.
