About The Position

Onsite Neonatal Partners, located in Voorhees, NJ, is a national 24/7 in-house neonatology practice that partner with leading hospitals across the country to develop and manage neonatology programs that focus on quality patient care.

Onsite is looking for a dedicated, full time, 40 hour/week, Patient Account Representative to join our team. Onsite Neonatal Partners offers a hybrid work option after 90 days, monthly team bonus incentive, comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, life insurance, and much more, along with generous PTO.

The ideal Representative maintains a positive attitude, is self-motivated and detail-oriented, and has excellent problem-solving skills to ensure the success of individuals and the organization. Our Patient Account Representative acts as a liaison between Onsite Neonatal and patients and payers for all post-care matters related to account resolution.

Requirements

• Computer skills, use and navigation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Follow up on submitted medical claims for payment
• Meet productivity standards as assigned by management
• Contact insurance companies and other payers
• Contact patients for payments
• Establish payment plans with patients
• Utilize various insurance and hospital websites/portals
• Monitor unpaid claims and take appropriate action to obtain payment
• Resolve disputes with insurance companies
• Report denial trends to management
