The Patient Billing/Services Representative (PSR) is a patient-facing role that obtains insurance information and referral forms as well as counsels patients on financial assistance when seen in department for services. The PSR provides excellent customer service while handling a fast-paced environment demonstrating their time management skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail. Our providers and staff are patient-focused and work collaboratively to promote a cohesive, team-based approach to care. Staff members stay current with evolving healthcare trends and changes through annual competency training and maintain active national certifications. We promote camaraderie through team-building events, various clinical activities, and staff recognition. Position Details: - Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. - Structured schedule with flexibility to ensure optimal patient care and support, along with work-life balance. - No weekends or holidays. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required – additional details in More About This Job section.
