You’ll help patients understand their billing statements and resolve any questions or concerns. You’ll respond to patient questions with a friendly tone, explain costs clearly, and make sure accounts are accurate. You’ll set up payment plans when needed and partner with our clinic and billing teams to fix any issues. Clear communication is key. We’re looking for someone whose attitude shines brighter than their resume. If you’re adaptable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people, you’ll do great here. Experience in hospitality, retail, or other customer-service fields is a big plus – those people skills translate perfectly.
