Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of elder care experience
- Current CPR certification
- Compassion, patience, and a team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily hygiene
- Encourage independence while providing hands-on support for mobility and personal care
- Help with meals, activities, and resident transport to on/off-campus appointments
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Observe and report resident health, well-being, or any concerns to nursing staff
- Follow infection control standards and attend required in-services
