How you’ll make an impact in this role Support patient dignity by assisting with daily living activities and personal care, ensuring every individual feels respected and comfortable during their stay. Enhance patient mobility through safe positioning and movement, directly contributing to faster recovery times and the prevention of complications. Act as a vital link in the care team by observing and reporting changes in a patient’s physical or emotional condition, ensuring clinical staff can respond immediately to evolving needs. Champion a healing environment by maintaining organized, clinical-ready patient rooms and managing essential medical equipment to ensure seamless care delivery. Document the care journey with accuracy and attention to detail, providing the nursing team with the reliable data needed for high-quality clinical decision-making. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
