Requirements
- Experience in a dental office, knowledge of dental insurance a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and office tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar role or in customer service is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Communicate promptly and clearly with patients via phone, email, or other methods.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and informative manner.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, schedules, and follow-ups.
- Ensure patient data is securely stored and compliant with privacy regulations.
- Coordinate patient appointments within dental providers schedules and treatment room availability.
