The Patient Coordinator Sr Associate plays a critical role in supporting clinical operations for the Surgical Oncology Division. In this role, you will coordinate patient medical records, schedule appointments, and manage referrals to designated clinical programs and services. This position supports smooth patient flow by ensuring accurate, timely, and comprehensive patient charts while working closely with providers, case managers, and fellow coordinators in a specialty clinic environment. This role is well-suited for someone who brings steady energy to their work, takes ownership of tasks, and enjoys being part of a collaborative clinical team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently while also communicating frequently with others to keep patient care moving forward.
