Requirements

Previous dental, medical, or orthodontic front office experience preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling systems, and treatment coordination preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive, patient-focused attitude and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
Schedule new and follow-up appointments efficiently
Coordinate patient treatment plans, insurance benefits, and payment options
Answer phones, respond to patient questions, and manage front office communication
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Support daily operations and help ensure smooth patient flow
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
