Requirements

Travel required to both Cave Creek and Anthem locations.
Previous experience in a dental or medical front office preferred; oral surgery or specialty experience a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of insurance verification and basic billing processes
Proficiency with practice management software and basic computer skills
Professional, patient-focused demeanor

Responsibilities

Greet patients and families with professionalism and warmth
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments to support efficient surgical schedules
Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding coverage and financial responsibilities
Facilitate patient check-in/check-out and ensure accurate patient records
Answer patient phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments, procedures, and office policies
Coordinate care with clinical staff to streamline patient flow and minimize wait times
Provide clear communication regarding pre-operative and post-operative instructions
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
