Patient Estimator / Front Desk Representative 📍 Diagnostic Imaging Centers – Lee’s Summit Clinic ⏰ 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Monday–Friday 🌙 Evening Shift Differential | 🚫 No Saturdays | 🍽️ Paid Lunch Breaks Outpatient Imaging | Evening Schedule | Supportive Team Environment Join Diagnostic Imaging Centers, P.A., a physician-owned outpatient imaging organization where patient care and employee experience go hand in hand. Our Lee’s Summit clinic is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Estimator / Front Desk Representative who enjoys helping patients, staying organized, and being part of a positive, fast-paced team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with patients and wants a consistent weekday schedule with the added benefit of an evening shift differential from 5–9 PM. Requirements

• Professional and friendly communication skills (in person and on the phone)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Passion for delivering compassionate patient care
• HS Diploma
• 1 - 2 years of position related experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Previous healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient cost estimates for imaging services
• Review imaging orders for accuracy prior to appointments
• Contact ordering providers’ offices when order revisions are needed
• Welcome and register patients at the front desk
• Collect patient payments at the time of service
• Confirm upcoming appointments and review daily schedules
• Verify and review patient insurance information
• Help create a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient
