About The Position

The Patient & Family Experience Consultant partners with leadership and clinical teams to advance strategies that elevate the human side of care. As a subject matter expert in patient-centered excellence, you will translate the "voice of the patient" into actionable improvements, ensuring the organization meets or exceeds experience goals. This role serves as a cultural role model and coach, working directly in patient areas to mentor staff on service rounding, relationship-building, and integrating patient feedback into daily operations to create a seamless, empathetic care environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical care, healthcare coaching, or patient experience.
  • Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives and developing service skills in others through training and mentorship.

Nice To Haves

  • MA/MS degree in Healthcare or related field
  • Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) Certification or Change Management (ProSci) certification preferred.
