Scheduled Weekly Hours: 24 Join Our Team at Emplify by Gundersen Health System as a Patient Liaison - Boscobel Are you passionate about creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional service? As a Patient Liaison at our Boscobel clinic, you’ll be the welcoming face and steady support for patients throughout their healthcare journey—making every interaction count. What's Available: .6 FTE (48 hours bi-weekly) Shift: 3 days a week, Monday - Friday (no weekends!) Hours: Rotating between 7:00am–6:00pm Location: Boscobel, WI (home base) with travel to Muscoda and Fennimore, depending on clinic need. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Clinicians, Nurses, and Medical Assistants to ensure smooth patient registration and scheduling
  • Collect payments and verify information with accuracy and empathy
  • Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
