Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Are you passionate about helping others feel seen, heard, and cared for? Join our dedicated team as a Patient Liaison supporting our physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and cardiac rehab departments, where your empathy and attention to detail will make a real difference every single day. What's Available: 1.0 FTE (80 hours bi-weekly) Shift: 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday between 7am - 5:30pm. This position will have a home base in Whitehall, WI.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Exercise Physiologists to ensure smooth patient registration and scheduling.
- Assist customers assuring accurate and complete registration, scheduling appointments, demographic information, insurance coverage, collecting payments and monitoring customer satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
