About The Position

Orchestrate the patient arrival process by managing registration and intake to ensure every individual feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk in. Synchronize complex scheduling and insurance verification to remove financial and administrative barriers to patient care. Navigate a high-volume clinical environment by prioritizing urgent requests and multitasking to keep the office flow seamless for both patients and providers. Facilitate clear communication and document management between patients and clinicians to ensure the medical team has the most accurate information at their fingertips.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
