About The Position
ProMotion Rehab & Sports Medicine is looking for a highly organized, razor-sharp Patient Relations Specialist to run the front line of a busy outpatient clinic. As the command center of the clinic, you’ll manage a steady flow of incoming calls, support patients in person, and oversee critical administrative details with accuracy and professionalism. You are the first impression, the central source of information, and the gatekeeper of precision that keeps the clinic running smoothly. Requirements
- Strong customer service and administrative precision
- Exceptional attention to detail (non-negotiable)
- Confidence handling multiple priorities at once
- Age 18+

Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of phone calls and patient check-ins
- Schedule appointments, collect accurate patient data, and collect payments
- Maintain precise patient records and follow up on authorizations
- Communicate clearly with patients, therapists, and leadership
