About The Position

The Patient Representative will welcome and assist patients, visitors, and staff at the entrance of the facility. This role plays a vital part in creating a positive first impression, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and assisting with wayfinding and basic inquiries.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, required
Must be at least 21 years of age or older, required
Must have a valid driver's license, required
Must have a clean driving record, required
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Professional appearance
Outgoing and pleasant personality
Excellent communication skills
Ability to deal with stressful and complicated situations with poise and precise decision-making skills
Ability to assist with lifting amounts of weight more than 100+lbs
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day
Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or reaching, both overhead and at or below shoulder level
Constant communication (including speaking and hearing) both face to face and over the phone
