About The Position

Receive incoming telephone calls in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner and greet and check-in /check-out patients in the same manner, coordinate patient appointments, and collect daily cash/check/credit card patient payments. This includes those staff who are working in the designated Rural Health Clinics.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in customer service or reception, preferably in a health care environment.
  • Computer skills and working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Windows and Office applications.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent
