Serving as the first point of contact for patients, families, and external parties, this role requires excellent communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities include patient registration, scheduling, addressing billing inquiries, and managing phone calls. This position also provides daily clerical support to the clinic and may assist in orienting new staff or support other departments when necessary.
