Patient Service Representative- Family Medicine / Primary Care (Sanford)

About the position

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned. This position is fully onsite at MaineHealth Primary Care - Family Medicine in Sanford, ME, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM. MaineHealth is currently offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for Patient Service Representatives and Specialists, although current and former MaineHealth employees are ineligible for this bonus until certain conditions are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills
