WHAT YOU'LL DO: Patient Service Center Representative serves as the initial point of contact for Elica Health Centers (EHC) patients, partners and vendors. As part of the Patient Service Center, your primary role is to provide excellent customer service to patients assisting them with scheduling appointments, updating patient demographics and insurance information, verifying health plan eligibility, and taking messages to deliver to appropriate internal staff.
