Conduct high-volume outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments Support clinical and billing teams with accurate administrative and clerical documentation.
Requirements
- High school diploma with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and use computerized medical office systems.
- Friendly, organized, and dependable with a focus on patient-centered service.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of patient scheduling, billing, and insurance processes preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth patient flow by efficiently managing appointments, follow-ups, and no-shows.
- Accurately collect and update patient information, including insurance and billing details.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA privacy and security standards while handling sensitive patient data.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments through electronic message documentation and schedule coordination.
