ELS is hiring for the position of Patrol Ranger Supervisor (Seasonal)-Lakeland Campground in Milton, Wisconsin. What you’ll do: The Patrol Ranger Supervisor will supervise and train Patrol Rangers. As a Patrol Ranger Supervisor, you will patrol the grounds of the campground answering questions, enforcing rules, and ensuring the safety of our campers, staff members, and their belongings. The ideal employee can handle any stressful situation calmly and react accordingly with regard to local, state, and federal law.
Requirements
- High school diploma, or the equivalent.
- 2+ years in a Customer Service Environment.
- 2+ years in a Supervisory position preferred.
- Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and service recovery skills.
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Weekends and holidays required
- Current &valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of the RV business is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and schedule Park Patrol Rangers.
- Answer telephone and radio calls, relay messages to staff and Campers.
- Monitor the property with a keen eye for any property issues or potential problems.
- Ensure that the property is properly secured.
- Ensure that guests comply with resort rules, respond to areas of concern, and contact law enforcement if necessary.
- Monitor all incoming guests through the campground gate and validate if access is acceptable.
- Perform routine patrols
- Service recovery
- Detailed reports of incidents and daily shifts
- Secure the facilities and amenities.
- Intervene in resort disturbances and respond to Camper's complaints diplomatically.
- Detailed reports of incidents as well as daily reports
- Familiar with emergency procedures and able to execute professionally and calmly when necessary
- Prioritize guest safety and happiness.
