About The Position

The Payer Contract Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the hospital’s
financial performance by analyzing, maintaining, and monitoring payer contracts.
This position ensures that payer agreements are accurately interpreted,
configured into hospital systems, and monitored for compliance to optimize
reimbursement.

This position may be partial remote-hybrid location would be Cuyahoga Falls –
Front Street

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in payer contracting, revenue cycle, or healthcare financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
