The Payment Analyst is responsible for managing childcare provider attendance records in accordance with Alternative Payment Program guidelines issued by the California Department of Social Services, as well as the policies and procedures established by the YMCA. This position handles an enhanced workload of provider claims/attendance records for payment processing, analyzes and interprets payment requests for reimbursement. The role follows California Department of Education Title 5, San Diego County Child Care regulations, and YMCA Childcare Resource Service policies and procedures.
