A Day-In-the-life as a Payment Services Representative As a Payment Services Representative, you play a key role in keeping Kohler Credit Union's electronic payment systems running smoothly, accurately, and securely. Your work supports ACH, debit cards, draft clearings, ATMs, and account recovery, with a strong focus on minimizing risk for both the credit union and our members. You'll manage daily ACH activity, including exceptions, originations, returns, and death notifications. With a sharp eye for detail, you'll balance debit card transactions and ATM cash, process ATM adjustments, handle reward point transfers, and resolve debit card transaction exceptions. This role also involves researching and processing debit card disputes in compliance with Regulation E, monitoring our debit card portfolio for emerging fraud trends, and assisting with data breach investigations when needed. You'll be a go-to resource for internal teams, supporting and training staff on electronic services and serving as backup for other electronic payment processes. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in payment services, banking, or financial operations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with regulations, procedures, and risk awareness

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with ACH, debit cards, or ATM systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage daily ACH activity, including exceptions, originations, returns, and death notifications
Balance debit card transactions and ATM cash
Process ATM adjustments
Handle reward point transfers
Resolve debit card transaction exceptions
Research and process debit card disputes in compliance with Regulation E
Monitor our debit card portfolio for emerging fraud trends
