Columbia Home Services (CHS) is a private equity–backed platform actively investing in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other trade-related service companies. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Payroll Administrator to support our corporate payroll operations. The right candidate will play an important role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while supporting the continued growth of our expanding platform. This position is remote, but candidates based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area are preferred to allow for occasional in-person collaboration with the corporate team. Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, the Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing weekly payroll processes, maintaining accurate employee data, and ensuring compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and experienced in multi-state payroll administration.
