Payroll Analyst, Global Payroll

Chainguard
10h$106,000 - $125,000Remote

About The Position

We’re hiring a Payroll Analyst to support global payroll operations as Chainguard scales. This role focuses on payroll accuracy, compliance, and process improvement across multiple countries, with a strong emphasis on pre-payroll analytics and audit. You’ll partner closely with Accounting, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure payroll runs smoothly, discrepancies are caught early, and systems continue to evolve with the business. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data, improving workflows, and building scalable payroll processes. If you’re detail-oriented, analytically strong, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, this is a high-impact opportunity. We need someone who is an equal parts analyst and operator. You should be comfortable digging into payroll data, catching issues before they surface, and working across systems and teams to keep payroll accurate and compliant. At the same time, you’re always looking for ways to make things better—whether that’s improving reporting, automating workflows, or strengthening processes as we scale. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, operating with precision, and building more efficient systems over time. If you’re looking for a high-impact role where you can help shape global payroll operations and contribute to scalable infrastructure, we’d love to talk.
