The Payroll Analyst 2 is a developing professional position. In this role, the individual will partner closely with employees, Human Resources, Finance, and external vendors to manage and resolve complex payroll, HR‑related, finance, and vendor inquiries and transactions. The position requires the ability to work effectively within established service‑level agreements, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and deliver accurate, timely results while communicating clearly on sensitive and critical pay‑related matters. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills, with proven experience in problem solving, evaluating business processes, and analyzing payroll data. A solid understanding of North America (NAM) payroll processing is required. Key responsibilities include end‑to-end payroll processing and settlement in Workday, file balancing and reconciliation, payroll review and inquiry resolution, research and resolution of complex payroll issues, and reconciliation of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, frequent telephone and email interaction, strong attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy and analytical capability.
