The Payroll/AP Administrator is responsible for a variety of payroll and accounts payable related tasks as well as other tasks as assigned by management. Why Deep Well Services?   • Education:  Bachelor of Science in Accounting preferred
  • Experience:  1+ years of payroll processing experience
  • Other Requirements:  Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll for entire company.
  • Entry and management of legal garnishments.
  • Complete employee status changes related to payroll/job changes as required in a timely manner in the payroll and field ticketing systems.
  • Prepare the benefits reconciliation and updates as appropriate.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information; issue and record adjustments to pay related to pervious errors or retroactive increases.
  • Reconcile packing slips to received items and invoices.
  • Entry of vendor invoices into the accounting system.
  • Update/Add job bid items in the field ticketing system and update tax rates as appropriate
  • Entry of new hire/safety training tickets in field ticketing system.
