The Payroll & Benefits Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of payroll and employee benefits. This role serves as the operational backbone as the sole administrator for processing and management of our programs and ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a high-quality employee experience. The role partners closely with HR leadership, Finance, external vendors, and managers across the organization. We have a flexible work schedule where employees can work from home one day a week.
