About The Position

The Payroll Clerk will assist with day-to-day operations, and the accurate processing for our biweekly payroll. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager and Finance Manager. Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state-of-the-art technology that will enhance the fan experience. Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have solid understanding of payroll processes and procedures
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • General knowledge of basic accounting practices
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Ultimate Software (UltiPro) Systems, including IBM Congo’s Reporting, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accuracy of all payrolls.
  • Collects and validates time-keeping records for non-exempt staff.
  • Prepares venue payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Includes recording and processing of hours of work, maintaining payroll controls, records, and support.
  • Data processing in HRIS and Time & Attendance system
  • Payroll processing in UltiPro/ABI payroll systems
  • Union Health & Welfare, Savings Plan, and bonus tracking
  • Payroll and tax reconciliation
  • Daily communication with our various locations regarding all payroll matters
  • Create and run ad hoc Business Intelligence (BI) reports
  • Review and process employee new hire/rehire information and terminations.
  • Ensures all payroll forms are distributed, received, recorded, and filed as appropriate.
  • Provides customer service to all internal employees and outside contacts.
  • Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
  • Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
  • Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
  • Available to work none-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)
