Dohrn is seeking a Full Time Payroll Clerk at our Corporate office in Rock Island, IL!
Pay is $19.00/Hour, Monday - Friday with a flexible start time

POSITION SUMMARY:
To assist in Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Fuel Tax reporting.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent
• Valid Driver License
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Analytical, Detail-oriented, Organized
• Typing and ten-key skills are required
• Ability to multi-task and react to change productively
• Ability to read and distinguish numerical values such as pounds, pieces, and dollar amounts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Excellent attendance

Nice To Haves

• Bookkeeping background preferred
• Transportation Industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update employee hours in UKG timekeeping system
• Assist in Accounts Payable department
• Assist in Linehaul payroll preparations
• Monitor Hours of Service regulations
• Assist in Fuel Tax Reporting
• Prepare spreadsheets as needed
• Apply Cash Receipts
• Data entry
• Perform other duties as needed
