As our Payroll Coordinator, you will: Process weekly and bi‑weekly payroll for the Dover Plant accurately and on time Ensure hours worked are approved, recorded, and reported properly Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policy Balance payroll processing efficiency with high‑quality customer service for employees Collaborate with others to ensure payroll timelines and procedures are followed Maintain organized payroll records per legal and company retention requirements Distribute weekly and bi‑weekly labor reports to the HR Manager Protect confidentiality of all employee information Support understanding and application of company policies related to payroll Perform additional duties as needed—we work as a team! Requirements

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Experience with KRONOS and/or ADP payroll or labor systems
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and professionalism
  • Strong attendance, safety, and job performance history
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment with heavy equipment
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Process weekly and bi‑weekly payroll for the Dover Plant accurately and on time
