The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for processing accurate and timely weekly payroll for ABM's Aviation team. This role involves entering and verifying employee timecards, managing deductions and adjustments, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and company payroll policies. The coordinator serves as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries, audits data for accuracy, and collaborates with HR and managers on personnel changes. Additional responsibilities include payroll reporting, year-end processing, maintaining confidential records, and supporting administrative tasks and process improvements. Hour: Monday to Friday & Some Weekends Day time hours Location: 5901 Century Blvd., Los Angeles, CA - Near LAX Work Type: Hybrid work arrangement (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) Pay: $25-$29/hour The pay listed is the salary range for this position.
