Applicants must be within driving distance to our Alpharetta, GA office to be considered for this role and have the ability to commute to the office three days per week. A day in the life. As an Payroll Coordinator, you will: Submit weekly payroll and ensure all data is accurate and complete. Enter Leave of Absence (LOA) time in Replicon and process related calculations and forms. Prepare and review deduction reports, PTO & SOT reports, and United Way submissions. Manage promotion and requisition requests, producer draw changes, title and auto allowance changes, and one-time payments. Process compensation changes and payroll file loads. Review payroll preview and final registers for accuracy. Maintain and update payroll information, including new hires, terminations, and changes in Replicon. Prepare 3-year compensation history reports and quarterly claims reporting. Handle verification of employment (VOE) requests with professionalism and confidentiality. Submit HSA and FSA contributions and manage years of service awards. Assist colleagues with payroll-related questions and provide timely, efficient support. Collect and verify colleague and timekeeping data; compute wages, deductions, commissions, and benefits. Assist in maintaining the timekeeping system with accurate coding, deductions, and accruals. Prepare preliminary payroll reporting for the Payroll Manager and conduct audits as needed. Support the performance review process and provide assistance to the HR team on additional projects. Administer FMLA payments and coordinate timekeeping for employees on leave. Submit payroll changes to MMC payroll on a semi-monthly basis to ensure accurate processing. Prepare job requisition and promotion requests for Executive Leadership Team review on a weekly basis. Manage all producer draw, auto, and title changes efficiently. Our future colleague.
